Frequently Asked Questions Is this a phone-sales job? You bet and we are proud of it too! We sell vacation promotional packages! If anyone ever told you 'you should be in sales!' then you should apply! What about a non-sales job like customer service or reservations? Sales not your thing huh? That could be a problem. You see, everyone at ETourandTravel is considered a sales person. Especially the reservation department, I think they're plotting to overthrow the sales department as I write this. Help! What is the hourly pay? This question tells us sales may not be for you. This job is a performance based. That means our mission is commission. Yes, there is an hourly base to pay for gas, and no, I will not tell you until you get here. What is the commission? That is a great question, it's the best pay in the area! We can't give away all our secrets on-line, but we will cover this when you visit... You might be surprised how much you can earn in 30 hours! Inbound or Outbound calls? We are the best of both worlds! Either way leads are provided for you. Benefits? You bet! Besides a fun work environment and great location we offer paid holidays, paid personal time, and vacation. Are hour flexible? You need to work at least 30 hours weekly. We will work with your class schedule the best we can. How do I apply? We only accept applications the old fashion way... in person.
